Express Car Parts was established in 1995 as a car parts wholesaler supplying new car spares of an original equipment quality for European and Japanese cars to local motor traders in the heart of Sussex from our branch at Haywards Heath . In January 2009 we added a further depot in Horsham West Sussex to deal with the demand from our garage and retail customers, the new site covers some 10,000 sqft giving us a large stock holding to supply parts on a daily basis. All our parts supplied are of matching quality to the original part and can be fitted on cars from new as they meet or exceed the current EU Block exemption legislation rule 1400/2002 which states that “the service and repairs during the vehicles warranty period do not require the use of parts supplied by either the dealer or supplied via the Vehicle Assemblers parts network”. So the source of a matching quality car parts is up to you the customer.

Block Exemption Regulations (BER) were introduced to give the consumer the freedom to choose where he/she had his car maintained without negating manufacturer’s warranties so long as original parts or parts of matching quality had been fitted by the repairer. To enable repairs to be made, the vehicle assembler under BER should make technical information freely available to the independent market.
