Delivery Time
All orders were we have the parts in stock and ordered by 3.30pm will be dispatched the same day. Our team of dispatch personnel will ensure that your order arrives to you in perfect condition.
Some of the more larger items may require a longer dispatch time. In this case a parts advisor will contact you prior to dispatch of your item
Important information for customers outside of the United Kingdom
Please contact us for delivery charges abroad before ordering. Also your country of residence may impose import duties and taxes on the parts we ship to you. Any additional charges for customs clearance are not included in our prices and require payment from you upon delivery. Should your order be returned to us, due to unpaid import duties and taxes, restocking charges may be charged to your credit card. Because customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend that you contact your local customs authority to confirm any possible import duties and taxes before placing your order.
Surcharges
Certain items that we carry at Express Car Parts have been reconditioned. These items will carry an additional ‘Surcharge’ costing which will be automatically added to your Shopping Basket when you select a reconditioned item.
When we receive your old unit back, the surcharge amount will be refunded to you as soon as our returns department has checked the item.
Before returning your old unit please ensure that it is in a re-serviceable condition. For example, Brake Caliper/Starter Motor /Alternator casings should not be badly damaged or broken. Express Car Parts reserves the right not to refund the surcharge if it is found that the unit is unserviceable.

We take our customers privacy and security very seriously. We use HSBC for all our credit card processing and we are SSL Certified. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) ensures that all credit card details are encrypted into an unreadable format to ensure that details are not changed or read by fraudsters
Returns Procedure
Before returning any goods please read our Terms and Conditions.
Express Car Parts must be informed in writing or e-mailed of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day after delivery.
The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. All items returned must be accompanied by the supplying invoice or another proof of purchase.
Terms and Conditions
Parts ordered to customer’s specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally described.
All part orders cancelled in writing or e-mailed within 7 working days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods) will be credited in full. Any parts that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled after this period may be subject to a 20% minimum handling charge. (Damaged or faulty goods may still be credited after the 7-day period dependent on the Manufacturers warranty conditions).
Any shortfall or damage to goods must be notified with 12 hours of receipt of goods
All parts being returned for credit must be in a re-saleable condition. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted/ used or if any grease has been applied to the item. (With the exception of warranty goods).
We reserve the right to refuse exchange units that are considered to be in an unserviceable condition.
Surcharges must be paid for upon purchase of the unit and will only be reimbursed when our returns department accepts the unit. Any surcharge will be reimbursed in full if the order is cancelled in writing/e-mailed within 7 working days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods) and the surcharge unit will be returned. (This only applies to goods ordered via the Internet ).
Warranty/labour claims will only be considered on faulty goods. For information and advice on making a claim please contact us. All warranty/ labour claims will be subject to Manufacturers conditions of warranty returns and ICME book times and labour costs.
The relevant invoice or proof of purchase must accompany items returned for credit.

Mail order and Internet orders are subject to a delivery charge, this charge will vary depending on the product and weight of the product being sent. Any additional charges will be notified before completion of the order.
